Ottawa welcomed the Brownfields Breakfast Summit for its second annual appearance on Thursday May 27, 2010 at the Crowne Plaza Ottawa Hotel. Those in attendance heard more discussion about Ontario's Reg. 511/09 from industry "insiders"; Elliot Sigal from Intrinsik; John Willms, Partner, Willms & Shier Environmental Lawyers LLP; and Michael Billowits from Quantum Murray. Capping off the morning, Susan Moccia from FCM's Green Municipal Fund, provided an overview of municipal funding for brownfield redevelopment projects.
